Adiyah’s Story: A Journey of Strength, Love, and Miracles

I was born on April 30, 2021—1 month and 20 days earlier than expected. I am a twin, and my brother’s name is Yedidiyah. After spending 1 month in the ICU, Yedidiyah went home, but my journey was far from over. I was transferred to another hospital for emergency open-heart surgery when I was just 2 months old. At that age, such a procedure was virtually unheard of, but without it, the doctors were certain I wouldn’t make it home.

By the grace of the Most High and the skilled hands of my doctor, a miracle happened—I survived. On June 6, 2021, I joined my brother and mommy at home, a moment of pure joy and gratitude.
​
My name, Adiyah, means “Jewel of God.”
I am truly blessed to be here, and I hope you carry a little bit of that blessing with you when you wear my handmade jewelry.
